To Suppliers of Goods and Services:
This is to advise that Means Industries Corporate Policy prohibits Means Industries employees and their immediate family members from soliciting or accepting anything of value (other than nominal seasonal items, normal business and social amenities or items of nominal value involving sales promotion or publicity) from those who supply, goods or services to Means Industries. By way of illustration and not by limitation, no supplier shall offer cash, gifts, special accommodations or favors, or the use of property or facilities to anyone with whom the supplier does business or is negotiating business on behalf of Means Industries. In the event any employee of Means Industries requests any gift or accommodation in violation of this policy, you must immediately report such improper conduct in writing to the signatory below. Failure to do so or failure to otherwise comply with this policy will result in termination of any business relationship.
Means Industries may periodically contact you to discuss your account and our employees adherence to this policy. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
Please advise all appropriate people in you organization of this policy. We are sure you will agree that adherence to this policy is in the best interests of all.
